About Me

I come from a mixed Anglo/Arab background. I grew up and studied in multi-cultural schools and universities. I graduated with a Master’s degree in business administration in 1995 and started my career in Banking in London. I quickly moved into Consulting and then to Project Management in several fields including but not limited to: the oil industry, the auto industry, manufacturing, and construction. I then left the corporate world to support non-government organisations, working in war and post conflict zones. I worked across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East in many high-stress and high-risk jobs.

Although I come from a wonderfully supportive family, as a teenager I suffered with depression; being a female coming from a male dominant culture, working in sectors that are mostly male orientated, I suffered a lot of harassment, abuse and repression. I have seen the truly dark side of life and know how it feels to live with internal and external conflict. I have also seen huge joy and love and know that it is possible to change one’s life completely. There is so much joy, love, success and wealth out there, that we can learn to draw that in, if only we have the courage to let ourselves heal and just let go. I know that transformation is possible because I have done it and I have seen it happen repeatedly.

“All you need is a little courage, a little faith and the universe will take care of the rest” Nisreen Adham

My Journey

After completing an MBA and working for over a decade in the banking and consulting industry, I realised that there was more to life than what we were taught and culturally moulded to think was important. I was always reading and researching angles on quantum physics, religions and alternative medicine. I decided I needed to shift my casual research into something more substantial.

In 2005 I became a Master Hypnotherapist focusing on Stress Management. I worked with people who had addictions, suffered from stress and anger, as well as gender and sexual problems. In the latter years my work led me to support women who were at risk. From 2011 I started to work in conflict and post-conflict zones, this led me to the need of finding a faster technique to help people. I went back to researching and came across Marisa Peer’s work. I followed this and graduated from her Live Training in London in March 2018. Since 2019 I worked as one of Maris Peer’s “Specialist” Therapists and loved working with people from all over the world. In February 2022 I graduated from Quantum University with a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Health Sciences and am a qualified Holistic Health Practitioner. I thoroughly enjoy learning and developing tools and techniques to help others help themselves.

So Why RTT?

I found that change, that could be achieved in just one session of RTT, would take a lot longer with other complimentary methods. I have never encountered another method that is as swift and efficient as the RTT method, which is why I decided to qualify in it.

I know that when you are in pain you want to get rid of it as fast as you can. Any pain, physical or emotional, can be excruciating and all forms of self-harm and self-sabotage create a recurring cycle. This method helps you break that cycle and liberate yourself from all that held you back, repressed and depressed you.

I have worked for over 22 years in different environments, business sectors, cultures and with different types of people from different educational, religious and economic backgrounds. I can honestly say that 99.9% of the people I have come across would have benefited from this method.

Change can be scary and difficult for some people and again that is why I have found the RTT method to be so useful, it helps and supports you through the transformational phase without the need of sessions. This is achieved with a tailored recording that enables the neuroplasticity process that takes place in your brain. In many cases, issues can be resolved and transformations can occur after just one session. With some deep-rooted issues follow-up sessions may be necessary but nothing compared to the months or years that some other therapies require. I found when I experienced an RTT session I never looked at things the same way again, and my life had definitely changed for the better in a phenomenal way.

So Why Holistic Health?

I found that growing up, I was only really exposed to Western Medicine and although it saves lives, for me it just never really worked. As a child, I was always ill and the doctors could never find anything wrong with me. As I grew older I started to do my own research and tried different alternative health methods. Some helped some did not do much. I kept on searching and along the way decided to put my research and experiences to better use. I started to train as I went along. Bit by bit I found out that not only is every part of the body connected, we as beings, are all connected. I learned how we are made up of living organisms and waves of energy. How that energy shifts and changes and how it travels through space and time. That not only are our internal systems and organs connected to each other, but everyone and everything around us in this vast existence are connected. From the smallest particle in subspace to the furthest star or galaxy. We are a reflection of our thoughts and feelings and of the environment that we create or perceive around us. That really got me excited about learning how to change myself, and by doing that, how my life changed as well. The mind-body connection, the quantum connection and all the bits in between, make for a Pandora’s Box not with physical and emotional curses upon mankind, but with physical and emotional blessings that can be achieved and shared. For these and many more reasons I believe in holistic health and will never tire of learning and sharing.

What Else Should You Know About Me?

Other than my passion for loving rescued animals, I don’t believe in perfection. “Perfection is for the divine” as they say, and we are human. So I believe that life is about making mistakes and learning from them. Not to take what others think or say as a life long rule. We must, as much as we can, try to do the right thing and in an unselfish way, start with ourselves. I am nowhere near perfect, which I think is fabulous, why do I think that? Because it means there is always room for improvement. It also makes me fantastically normal, just like everyone else.

People have always found it easy to talk to me and tell me their darkest secrets, and I have always found that I connect on a deep level with my clients.

I am very open minded and direct and if I feel you would be best suited for a different type of therapy or a different specialised therapist I will always say so. I believe that we all have a purpose and things happen for a reason and for the better; things should never be forced. For those reasons, it is important that if you want to see me for a session, you realise that success is in your hands; that you are open and willing to surrender to all the wonderful things that life can give you, if you only let it.
