RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: it uses trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning. However, RTT goes beyond, diagnosing what works with real clients in real sessions to build a new therapeutic approach. Marisa identified that regardless of their issue, in sessions clients benefitted from her applying a particular set of techniques over and over again. These insights provided the foundations for Rapid Transformational Therapy to emerge as a distinctive approach.

The whole idea of RTT is based on getting to the root cause fast. This means that it is not like other therapies that require a long-term commitment and investment.

The number of RTT sessions will depend on the issue and the person’s willingness to let go. With some people it can be as few as 1 session with others it requires 3 or more.

For eating and addictions it is usually recommended to have at least 3 sessions, but that is not always the case. With other less, deep rooted issues, rarely are 3 sessions needed for the same issue, but perhaps a branch of an issue would need to be addressed to help support the transformation.

With complex trauma and layered issues, it would be recommended to have more than 3 sessions and this can be discussed further and is totally up to the individual.

  • A 15-20 minute pre-session discussion about your issue and history (during discovery call if required).
  • A 2 hour RTT session.
  • A bespoke recording for you to listen to for at least 21 days.
  • 7 to 10 day post session follow-up call or email, according to your preference.
  • Final 21 days post session follow-up call.
Currently I am available for one-to-one sessions via the internet using Zoom, Skype and Whatsapp.

We know that clients are time starved and come to us in pain, both physical or emotional. They want rapid results. So the first difference with RTT is it aims to deliver permanent change in a single 90 minute session. Although some clients and some issues may need up to 3 sessions.

The second difference with RTT is it is a method that truly empowers clients. By using a technique called Role, Function, Purpose and Intention, it honours and values the significance clients attach to their issues or problems and then offers a powerful emotional release for them. They can actually be free from pain.

A third difference with RTT is its use of Cell Command Therapy (CCT) as a modality for purposefully healing the body, as opposed to positive conditioning alone.

Lastly, RTT draws out ‘unfinished business’, meaning it is a technique for addressing the trauma that clients have been holding onto for many years.
Upgrading the Child offers a therapeutic space for dialogue and communication with significant others.

Marisa has other unique techniques including:
Merging the child
Dialogue with the person that hurt you
Going back to each scene in the Regression to emphasise that is “not me” and emphasising why.

CCT is based on the concept that ideas and suggestions in the mind can affect your body and emotional state. New exciting scientific research into epigenetics by Bruce Lipton looks at how our genes and DNA are influenced by our thoughts, emotions, diet and other environmental factors. This cutting-edge information takes a fresh look at our cellular biology and that the DNA and internal coding of the cells contain all the necessary blueprints to restore and repair. So, while we cannot readily change the codes of our genetic blueprints, we can change our minds, and in the process, switch the blueprints used to express genetic potential.

CCT can be used for any kind of illness or injury either physical, mental or emotional, take the amazing story of a young British physician in 1952 Dr Albert Mason who treated a young boy’s warts which covered his skin and looked more like the skin of an elephant except for his chest. By using ‘only’ the power of the mind using hypnosis Mason and the boy worked together to heal the skin back to the same healthy pink skin he had on his chest.

It’s certainly not just positive thinking! By using Rapid Transformation Therapy and the power of direct commanding positive hypnotic suggestion, I first work with the client to find out the root cause and the reason why the illness or injury has become present in the body through a process called Role, Function, Purpose and Intention. Through understanding this allows the body to release the mental and emotional cause and move into the powerful cellular regeneration at the subconscious level therefore allowing healing to take place through a mind – body connection.

The client is involved with the therapist in uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events and then changing them. This leads to permanent powerful change.

Bruce Lipton states that “In the science of epigenetics it’s been found that it’s the perception of your environment that controls your genes. You’re not a victim of your genes because you’re the one who can change your environment—or, more importantly, change your perception of your environment—and thus change your response to it.

It is the brain’s ability to change itself. Dr. Alvaro Pascual-Leone, from Harvard Medical School, recently stated that neuroplasticity “… is an intrinsic property of the human brain and represents evolution’s invention to enable the nervous system to escape the restrictions of its own genome and thus adapt to environmental pressures, physiological changes, and experiences.”. What this means is that the brain can adapt by changing its neural pathways which affect behaviour and neural processes. This means that we can change the way we feel, respond, react and perceive events in our life, thus changing out internal and external environment, which ultimately means that we can change our lives.

Sessions need to be booked and paid for in advance. If you need to change or cancel a booking you need to notify me at least 48 hours before the appointment, else the full fee is due and chargeable.

You can pay for your session online through PayPal or Stripe which provide secure online payment options.
